Isfahan is the third populous city of Iran which is located 406 km south of Tehran and surrounded by Karkas and The Zagros Mountains, it is the capital of Isfahan Province. It was chosen as the capital of Persia during the Safavid dynasty by Shah Abbas the Great. This city is famous for its unique architecture.
