Iran’s unforgettable Gastronomy,Food from Shiraz

 Shiraz is one the famous and a must-see destination of Iran. This city is most fabulous in spring especially in May.
Local food and desserts are one of the main points of this tour, and we can mention Salad Shirazi, Kalam polo and Faloode Shirazi as the complete Shirazi table menu consists of salad, main food and dessert.

Kalam polo is one of the Shirazi foods made of Rice (polo in Persian), meat, onion, sweet basil, tarragon and turnip cabbage (Kalam in Persian). Kalam polo is so nutritive and local people serve this food with Salad Shiazi, yogurt or fresh raw herbs as a side dish containing basil, green onion, and radish.
